Pawllect — Privacy Policy

Pawllect ("the app") is developed by Tuğrul Yüksel ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and what your choices are.

1. Data We Collect

Account information. When you sign up with email, Sign in with Apple, or Google, we store your email address and a user identifier. You can also use the app anonymously without providing an email.
Photos. Cat photos you take or pick from your library are processed on your device (using Apple's Vision framework) to create stickers. The resulting sticker image is stored in your private cloud space so it syncs across your devices. We never access your photo library beyond the photos you explicitly select.
Location (optional). If you grant location permission, the app records where you spotted a cat to pin it on your private map. Location is used only while the app is in use, is never shared with other users, and the app works fully without it.
Usage analytics. We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage events (e.g. which screens are used) and basic device information, to improve the app.
Purchases. If you buy a subscription, the purchase is processed by Apple. Our subscription infrastructure partner (RevenueCat) receives a pseudonymous user ID and transaction receipts — never your payment details.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used solely to provide the app's features: syncing your cat collection, showing your private map, and improving the app through aggregate analytics. We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party ads.

3. Where Data Is Stored

Data is stored on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage) in the European Union (multi-region eur3). Transfers are encrypted in transit.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete individual cats (photo and data) at any time inside the app. You can delete your entire account and all associated data via Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent. You may also email us to request deletion.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Children

Pawllect is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. The current version is always available at this address.

Pawllect ("uygulama"), Tuğrul Yüksel ("biz") tarafından geliştirilmektedir. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri neden topladığını ve haklarınızı açıklar.

1. Toplanan Veriler

Hesap bilgileri. E-posta, Apple ile Giriş veya Google ile kaydolduğunuzda e-posta adresiniz ve bir kullanıcı kimliği saklanır. Uygulamayı e-posta vermeden anonim olarak da kullanabilirsiniz.
Fotoğraflar. Çektiğiniz veya galeriden seçtiğiniz kedi fotoğrafları, sticker oluşturmak için cihazınızda işlenir (Apple Vision). Oluşan sticker, cihazlarınız arasında eşitlenmesi için size özel bulut alanında saklanır. Açıkça seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar dışında galerinize erişilmez.
Konum (isteğe bağlı). Konum izni verirseniz, kediyi gördüğünüz yer size özel haritanıza işlenir. Konum yalnızca uygulama kullanımdayken alınır, başka kullanıcılarla asla paylaşılmaz ve uygulama konum izni olmadan da tam çalışır.
Kullanım analitiği. Uygulamayı iyileştirmek için Firebase Analytics ile anonim kullanım olayları ve temel cihaz bilgileri toplanır.
Satın almalar. Abonelik satın alırsanız ödeme Apple tarafından işlenir. Abonelik altyapı ortağımız (RevenueCat) yalnızca takma adlı bir kullanıcı kimliği ve işlem makbuzu alır — ödeme bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.

2. Verilerin Kullanımı

Verileriniz yalnızca uygulama özelliklerini sunmak için kullanılır: kedi koleksiyonunuzun eşitlenmesi, özel haritanız ve toplu analitikle uygulamanın iyileştirilmesi. Verileriniz satılmaz, üçüncü taraf reklam gösterilmez.

3. Verilerin Saklandığı Yer

Veriler Google Firebase üzerinde (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage) Avrupa Birliği bölgesinde (eur3) saklanır. Aktarımlar şifrelidir.

5. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Uygulama içinden tek tek kedileri (fotoğraf ve veri) dilediğiniz an silebilirsiniz. Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi Profil → Hesabı Sil ile kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Silme talebinizi e-postayla da iletebilirsiniz.

6. Haklarınız

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Bu hakları kullanmak için aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaşın.

7. Çocuklar

Pawllect 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir; 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplanmaz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adrestedir.
