By downloading or using Pawllect ("the app"), developed by Tuğrul Yüksel ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Pawllect lets you photograph cats you encounter, turn them into stickers, collect them, and care for them in a virtual garden. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account; deletion is permanent.
Photos you add remain yours. By uploading them you grant us the limited technical license needed to store and display them back to you (e.g. syncing across your devices). We do not use your photos for any other purpose. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that infringes others' rights (e.g. identifiable photos of people without their consent).
Please photograph animals without disturbing or endangering them, and respect private property and local rules while doing so. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the app.
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your statutory consumer rights.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to
mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Tuğrul Yüksel ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen Pawllect'i ("uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Pawllect, karşılaştığınız kedileri fotoğraflayıp sticker'a dönüştürmenizi, koleksiyon yapmanızı ve sanal bir bahçede onlarla ilgilenmenizi sağlar. Özellikler her an eklenebilir, değiştirilebilir veya kaldırılabilir.
Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz an Profil → Hesabı Sil ile kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.
Eklediğiniz fotoğraflar size aittir. Yükleyerek, yalnızca bunları saklamak ve size geri göstermek (ör. cihazlar arası eşitleme) için gereken sınırlı teknik izni bize vermiş olursunuz. Fotoğraflarınız başka hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz. Hukuka aykırı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik (ör. rızası olmayan kişilerin tanınabilir fotoğrafları) yüklemeyin.
Lütfen hayvanları rahatsız etmeden ve tehlikeye atmadan fotoğraflayın; özel mülke ve yerel kurallara saygı gösterin. Uygulamayı kullanırken davranışlarınızdan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.
Bazı özellikler ücretli abonelik veya tek seferlik satın alma gerektirebilir. Ödemeler App Store hesabınız üzerinden Apple tarafından işlenir. Abonelikler, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir; App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler Apple'ın App Store koşullarına tabidir.
Hizmeti kötüye kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz — başka kullanıcıların verilerine erişmeye çalışmak, tersine mühendislik, hizmeti aksatmak veya hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak dahil.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi", hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan (veri kaybı dahil) sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, yasal olarak sınırlandırılamayan sorumlulukları ve yasal tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
Bu koşulların ihlali hâlinde erişiminiz askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir. Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı dilediğiniz an silebilirsiniz.
Koşullar güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Değişiklik sonrası kullanıma devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir.
